Cyril Ing
Cyril Ing is a retired Professional Engineer and was elected a Director in April 2000. He was an independent consultant specializing in engineering projects involving the combustion of biomass from May 1982 to August 1985. Mr. Ing retired from full time employment in March 1990. For the 10 years prior to retirement, he was President of the Conat Group, a holding company whose major subsidiary, Westair Systems Inc., is a distributor and manufacturer of industrial dehumidification equipment. Mr. Ing has also served on the following Boards of Directors: SunOpta (1/1984 to present); and Easton Minerals Ltd. (11/1999 to present).
